2. The window that appears will have an option asking forgot email password?.

3. After you select the ‘forgot email password’ option, click on ‘I don’t know my email password’.

5. Click on submit.

6. If you’re resetting your password for the first time, it’ll ask you to provide your modem’s ID , the MAC address. It is an alphanumeric address (skipping the intermediate dashes) made up of 12 characters to give a unique identity to your modem. If you don’t know how to identify your MAC address, you can go through your search manual or search online for the steps. After you’ve entered your MAC ID, select submit.

7. Provide the answer to the verification question.

8. Select reset password. An automatic password would be generate. Save it and log in to your account using the generated password.

Changing your password:

1. Go to Subscriber Self Care and type in your account Email Address and Password.

2. Enter the text in the shown image, and select Login.

3. You’ll be able to see the User Management heading, select Change Password option under it.

4. Enter your Current Password, followed by your New Password. Then confirm the new password.

5. Click on Change Password. Your password is now successfully changed.

Changing a Subaccount user’s password:

Note that only a master account holder can change/reset the password for the sub-account holder.

1. Go to Subscriber Self Care and type in your Master account Email Address and Password.

2. Enter the text in the shown image, and select Login.

3. You’ll be able to see the User Management heading, select Change Password under the appropriate user.

4. Enter your Current Password, followed by your New Password. Then confirm the new password.

5. Click on Change Password. Your password is now successfully changed.

The sub-account user can now use the changed password to log into subscriber self-care and change it.
